These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the Fairyloop online store.

Customers may contact Fairyloop using the details above regarding products, orders, returns or complaints.
Fairyloop sells handmade products, primarily knitted and crocheted items.
The main characteristics of each product, including its description, dimensions, materials, colours and other relevant information, are provided on the relevant product page.
Because products are handmade, individual items may have minor variations in dimensions, texture, stitch pattern or colour placement. Such natural variations are not considered defects if the product otherwise corresponds to its description and agreed characteristics.
Colours displayed on a screen may differ slightly depending on the customer's device and display settings.
Where a product requires specific care, the relevant care instructions are provided on the product page or with the product.
The price displayed for the product at the time the order is submitted applies to the purchase.
Prices displayed to consumers are final product prices and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges and any other applicable costs are shown before the customer submits the order.
Before submitting the order, the customer can review and correct the information entered and see the total amount payable.
By clicking the final order button indicating an obligation to pay, the customer submits a binding order.
Fairyloop confirms receipt of the order electronically. The purchase contract is concluded when Fairyloop confirms acceptance of the order.
If Fairyloop cannot accept or fulfil an order, for example because a product is unexpectedly unavailable, the customer will be informed without undue delay and any payment already received for the affected product will be refunded.
The order confirmation and the Terms applicable to the order will be provided to the customer electronically.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Card payments may be processed through Stripe. Where card details are entered directly into Stripe's payment interface, Fairyloop does not receive or store complete payment-card details.
Available delivery methods, delivery destinations, estimated delivery times and delivery charges are shown before the order is submitted.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the purchase contract is concluded.
For custom-made products, a different production and delivery period may be agreed with the customer.
The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information.
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or accidental damage remains with Fairyloop until the goods are received by the customer or a person designated by the customer, subject to applicable law.
Fairyloop may accept requests to make or modify products according to the customer's individual specifications.
Before such an order is accepted, the product specifications, price and expected production time will be agreed with the customer.
The statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised for that consumer where the conditions of this legal exception are met.
A product does not lose the right of withdrawal merely because it is handmade or produced only after an order is placed.
Rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
A consumer purchasing goods online generally has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send Fairyloop a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

The consumer may use the model withdrawal form at the end of these Terms, but use of the form is not mandatory.
The right of withdrawal does not apply where a statutory exception applies, including goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised for the consumer.
After notifying Fairyloop of withdrawal, the consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying Fairyloop of the withdrawal.

Unless Fairyloop agrees otherwise, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.
The consumer may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The consumer may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
Fairyloop will refund payments received under the contract, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order, within the period required by law and generally no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal.
Fairyloop may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or until the consumer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Fairyloop is responsible for providing goods that conform to the purchase contract.
A consumer may exercise statutory rights regarding a defect that becomes apparent within two years after receiving the goods, subject to applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances and statutory conditions, the consumer may be entitled to repair or replacement and, where applicable, a reasonable price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

Please provide the order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may be useful where reasonably necessary to assess the issue.
Fairyloop will confirm receipt of a consumer complaint and handle it without undue delay. Under Czech consumer law, a complaint must generally be resolved within 30 days, unless Fairyloop and the consumer agree on a longer period.
Where a complaint is justified, the consumer will not bear costs that applicable law requires Fairyloop to bear.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the separate Fairyloop Privacy Policy.

Purchase contracts with Fairyloop are governed by Czech law.
If the customer is a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive the consumer of mandatory protection provided by the law that would otherwise apply.
If a consumer dispute arising from a purchase contract cannot be resolved directly with Fairyloop, the consumer may submit the dispute for out-of-court resolution to:

These Terms may be provided in Czech, English and Russian. In the event of a discrepancy between translations, the Czech version will be used as the reference version, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
The version of these Terms applicable to an order is the version in effect when that order is submitted.
