Made-to-order & custom requests
See something you love, but it’s out of stock? Please contact us — we may be able to make it especially for you.
Because our products are handmade, some designs that are no longer in stock may still be available made to order, depending on the availability of materials.
You are also welcome to ask whether a bag can be adjusted to better suit you. Depending on the design and materials, we may be able to change certain details such as the colour, size, strap or other elements.
Tell us what you have in mind. A short description is enough to start, and you can also send us reference photos if they help explain your idea.
We will let you know what is possible and confirm any changes to the price and estimated production time before you place a custom order.

Already placed an order and have a question? Email us and please include your order number together with a short description of how we can help.
You can contact us about your order, delivery, returns, or if you need to ask whether a change to an order is still possible.
If your item has arrived damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please include photos where possible. They will help us understand the issue and assist you more quickly.
