We carefully prepare and pack every order before dispatch. We choose a trusted carrier for your destination and parcel, and the available delivery options and price are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the destination and carrier. If an item needs extra making or preparation time, we’ll show that on its product page. Where tracking is available, we’ll send you the details after dispatch.

If the bag you love is out of stock, ask us about having it made to order. Depending on the design and material availability, we may be able to make another one for you.

Have you seen a knitted bag or another design somewhere else that inspired you? Tell us what you like about it. We may be able to create a piece in the Fairyloop style, or adapt one of our designs to suit you. As every piece is handmade, we’ll first check what is possible with the design and available materials.

Send us a short description, the name or link of a Fairyloop product, or reference photos. Before you decide, we’ll confirm what we can make, any change in price, and the estimated production time.

For standard online purchases, consumers generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the purchase, subject to applicable law. The right of withdrawal may not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.
